General Rates

  • 2-3 Nights: $1,400 USD per night

  • 4-6 Nights: $1,200 USD per night

  • 7 or more nights: $1,100 USD per night

  • 14 or more nights: Custom Quote

Rates include all applicable taxes

This property is available to certain, select, pre-qualified clients only. Rates listed are based on a maximum of 8 persons per stay. Rates are subject to change and will be adjusted based on availability, time of year, length of stay, additional number of guests, purpose of the stay, and other considerations. Personal references may be required. A custom quote will be provided for each qualified inquiry on a personalized basis.

Additional Services such as transportation, chefs, housekeeping, massage services, fishing trips, specialized sightseeing and safari tours, and other activities are available upon request and will be quoted on an individualized basis.

Payment and Deposits

A security deposit will be required for most stays. The security deposit amount will be individually quoted and refundable. Once the property is inspected upon departure, the deposit will be fully refunded (less any amount retained for damage or loss). Full payment for the stay will be required upon check-in.
